The drive to and from is very easy yet the cabin/cottage is very secluded, a full acre of land, surrounded by trees. The driveway is large and easy to park multiple cars in.

The entire house, pool and Tiki Bar is available for your use. There are 2 sheds in the driveway, take are not available for use. There is one closet in the house that is locked and for storage, not for guest use. In the house guests have access to all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 closets, a game room, the kitchen has plenty of cabinets, a large refrigerator freezer, stove, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, 2 coffee makers, one Keurig and one Mr Coffee, casserole dishes, measuring cups, eating utensils, cooking utensils and more. Please do not bring any plates or glasses to the back yard, there are items there for your use outside. The guests have access to the back yard which is fenced in with a swimming pool, tiki bar with refrigerator freezer and grill, pool floats, 8 loungers, 6 chairs, a love seat and 4 bar stools. There are two TVs outside, pool floats are available, there are plastic cups, plates, and more available in the back yard shed.

Loved the place! Everything was beautiful, Frank was very friendly and always kept me updated! I told him it was my birthday and they decorated the Airbnb very sweet of him. I really enjoyed staying there! Definitely will stay there again in the futurešŸ™‚

Our family loved staying at Frankā€™s home! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The kids loved the pool, and the adults loved the hot tub. The kitchen was huge, with plenty of counter space and good quality pots, pans, and knives. We also appreciated the festive Easter decorations and tasty local snacks.

If I could give Frank 10 stars I would. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday at his home and it was absolutely amazing! They had every amenity you can think of. Their attention to details made us feel like we were at home. Their kitchen is fully stocked to cook any meal you would like. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything was perfect! And Frank as a host was responsive and prepared us for our arrival. We will definitely be staying at his place every time we travel back to TN.

We stay in Tennessee twice a year and we're glad we found this place. Never have we wanted to stay in the same place twice but Frank's place was exactly how he listed it, plus more! 100 out of 10 recommend. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed!! The house was perfect for our needs, and the amenities were top-notch. Virtually all you need is clothes and food, they supply the rest. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and gadgets you could need including coffee and a few snacks. Plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms and lots of fun things for the pool and outdoor play. The grand kids had plenty of toys to keep them entertained for what little time we spent inside. Most of our time was by the pool where the water was perfect temp no matter the time of day, and the lounge chairs were perfect for being lazy on vacation. We cooked our dinners outside utilizing the grill and outdoor fridge. The most complete accommodations Iā€™ve seen. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area as a family and would likely move our dates to make sure itā€™s available.

The house is just as described, the pictures show it all. We were celebrating our sonā€™s high school graduation & they were kind enough to set up some decorations. The pool was wonderful & the tiki bar area made it easy to spend the day outside. Frank is very responsive and was even pro-active with some weather issues and let us know where to find battery candles if needed. The house was stocked and we didnā€™t want for anything but our groceries and beverages. Itā€™s off the beaten path, which is what we wanted, but if you are going to Dollywood it is definitely a quick trip. Thanks Frank for making everything easy for our trip.

Everything about this airbnb was perfect for our girls trip! We wanted a place where we could spend a lot of time together, and the pool/tiki bar area was exactly that! The house had everything we could needed, including ample towels which was so nice! The drive to Gatlinburg was super easy and straightforward and we were happy to be away from all the hustle and bustle. The only thing that was not expected was the number of cameras and recording devices in and around the property. Overall, we all loved this airbnb and definitely would stay again.

When we booked Frankā€™s place it was brand new with no reviewsā€¦ a bit scary but we went for it. We wanted a private residence away from the masses where we could all just enjoy being together. Frankā€™s place was exactly what we wantedā€¦ incredibly private but so close to everything we had planned. The pool area is the perfect oasisā€¦ the water was the perfect temperature, the loungers abundant and the bar area was the best. My stepson set up the bar area with both cocktails and mocktails, we had the music and tv going and the grill and prep area had everything we needed. The only bad part is that we didnā€™t want to leave Frankā€™s place to explore Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg šŸ˜Š The house itself was really comfortable and had everything! Extra toilet paper, paper towels, ziplock bags and letā€™s not forget the coffee. Frank literally thought of everything right down to the grill seasonings and creamer and sugars. The beds were comfy, towels a plenty and everything in the kitchen you could need!!
